Wealth Management Advisers

We have terrific opportunities for licensed investment representatives as Wealth Management Advisers.  The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing client portfolios, recommending and implementing investment products and maintaining client relationships. 

An important consideration will be the candidates’ external and internal communication skills. Capital Wealth Management, LLC provides its clients a comprehensive, integrated set of financial services, from financial and retirement planning to insurance and executive benefits consulting. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to market and cross-sell other Capital Wealth Management, LLC services to clients. 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and related work experience required.

2. Experience in financial services industry with minimum 5 years sales experience required.

3. Series 7 and 65 licenses

4. Excellent organization and prioritization skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels within the organization.

5. Familiarity with separate accounts and alternative investments a plus.

Long Term Care Insurance Account Representative

Long Term Care Insurance is one of the industry’s hottest products. We need help to keep up with demand from leads generated by our own client base.

If you have sales experience, and would like to help grow our Long Term Care business, we want to speak with you. In addition to sales experience, other qualifications include:

Internship(s)

If you are a highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented business major looking to learn more about financial services, this is a great opportunity to gain experience.  Interns provide administrative support to departments such as Asset Management, Client Service, Financial Planning, Marketing and Human Resources in addition to assisting with special projects. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry and analysis
  • Assist in the formulation of financial and marketing plans
  • Creation of Word, Excel and Power-Point documents
  • Faxing, scanning, copying, filing
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student from accredited college, entering Junior or Senior year
  • Business major with interest in a career in Financial Services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Prior coursework in finance and/or investments

 Administrative Assistant

Candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks in addition to client service support. Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming calls,
  • Maintenance of partners’ calendars,
  • Establishing and maintaining client files,
  • Data entry/updating information into company database,
  • Sorting, logging and distributing mail and faxes,
  • Messenger and overnight pickup & delivery,
  • Copying/scanning,
  • Greeting clients and business visitors, etc.
  • Back-up reception desk support.

Skills Required:

  • Professional, positive attitude and appearance,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Strong phone etiquette,
  • Ability to work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills,
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize,
  • Ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced, team-oriented environment,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
  • Prior experience in financial services or group insurance preferred.
